Through Agreement with Lega Serie A
Johannesburg & Rome, 7 July 2025
Cookies is proud to announce a landmark agreement with Lega Serie A, securing the non-exclusive
digital rights in English language to broadcast three Italian Serie A matches per round in South
Africa for the sport seasons 2025/2026 and 2026/2027. The matches will be available to Vodacom

seeking to deliver innovative content solutions to their users."
With ATP and now Serie A, we're laying the foundation for a broader path — one that redefines
how major IPs reach their audiences," added
Leone Crescenzi, Chief Product Officer at Cookies.
"We don't see ourselves as mere rights acquirers. We aim to be strategic partners for telcos who
want to unlock new value through mobile-native, digitally distinctive products. Our goal is to
design scalable formats that go beyond streaming — that bring fans into deeper, more interactive
relationships with the brands they love."
The
Serie A Livestream Pass will be offered to
Vodacom subscribers, integrated seamlessly with
mobile billing and optimized for data consumption — ensuring accessibility and quality across the
country.
With this partnership, Cookies continues to position itself as a leader in
sports content
