AD tech specialist

The role

Technology and data have fundamentally changed the media model. Legislation and the emergence of advanced technology force us to re-define our Ad-Tech solutions constantly, to improve and make more efficiency our media campaigns. This role, inside our Media Team, is to be our MarTech Specialist with the key mission of building a strong ad-tech technology stack for better media buying capabilities by: ensuring data is accurately collected and can be leveraged, ensuring our overall ad tech strategy is forward-thinking and poised to take advantage of ever-evolving capabilities within the ad tech space. This candidate's primary responsibility will be ensuring our media campaigns for our international markets are fully empowered by the ad technology we deploy. This will require both understanding digital media capabilities and the technical foundation needed to support effective performance campaigns. From supporting dynamic creatives, to make full use of our first-party data, to understanding how to reach our audience across multiple-channels with the right frequency, sequence and consistent message – our digital media campaigns can only be as good as our technology foundation empowers them to be. We’re looking for someone passionate, driven, curious and constantly looking to adopt new technology and take advantage of new trends. This individual will need to understand the tactical level, but more importantly, can envision the big picture and ensures our tactical implementations contribute to an overarching strategic roadmap.

Location: remote working worldwide with the option of in-office setup in Rome (our HQ) or Dubai (branch) locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term ad-technology strategy to support today’s advertising needs, as well as set us up to take advantage of tomorrow’s evolving technology
  • Support current tech stack and evolve the stack to take better advantage of our data – empowering more targeted, more relevant and more efficient advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with our tech team to build and deliver the best ad-tech solutions in terms of tracking and data analysis 
  • Develop the recommendations for ad tech product requirements in collaboration with tech platform partners, marketing teams and development teams
  • Support media team identifying and designing creative technology solutions and working with tech team to develop them properly
  • Develop in-take process for tech requests from media team, and ensure prioritization and implementation are being appropriately moved forward

The Successful Application

  • +3 years of MarTech experience
  • Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent plus hands-on software engineering experience
  • Deep Knowledge of Adtech space, S2S tracking solutions, Google Ads & Google Analytics stack (API, settings & integrations, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams of engineers, media buyers, data scientists, and designers to deliver extraordinary products
  • Exceptional communication skills, both within company’s team and with partners. 
  • Flexible in working hours due to the international environment
  • Fluent in English (any other language is an advantage)

Digital Media Buyer - Mobile VAS

The role

We are looking for a Digital Media Buyer, who will report, into the Media team, to our Head of PPC. She/He will be responsible for managing, optimizing and reporting performance campaigns on digital entertainment products across more than 10 different markets. As a Digital Media Buyer, you will be expected to thrive in building, maintaining and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across media buying platforms and have an experimental and methodological approach. You could be also involved on developing lead generation campaigns and execute marketing funnels and lead nurture tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance and results-oriented problem solving and a flexibility on adapting skills on new business opportunities.

Location: Rome (our HQ) or remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and manage from scratch display, search & video campaigns across different media buying platforms (DSPs, Google, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Identify new solutions to drive growth/performance
  • Optimize accounts towards target, management of roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery
  • Manage traffic, bid management and optimization of multi-market PPC campaigns to agreed profitability targets
  • Address and escalate campaign performance issues
  • Analyzing campaign results and adjusting strategy and budgets accordingly
  • Producing weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Carry out competitor research and analysis
  • Collaborate with the business and product teams on campaign results & optimizations
  • Assist with research for new campaigns and products  

Experience requirements

  • +3 years’ experience managing high-volume, high-budget performance marketing campaigns on Programmatic and Biddable Platforms, and optimizing for KPIs, like CPA and ROAS
  • Experience and knowledge regarding mobile VAS and/or search feeds monetization are preferred
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to think analytically and to manage large amounts of data with multiple reporting sources
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Affiliate Manager - Mobile VAS

The role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in the mobile VAS industry to run the execution of the affiliation for our digital entertainment offers.
Primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key affiliates, this person will also be responsible for identifying and recruiting relevant top producing affiliates, and drive strategy execution of affiliation in our company.

Location: remote working worldwide with the option of in-office setup in Rome (our HQ) or Dubai (branch) locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit top performing affiliates and publishers
  • Relationship management with key affiliates, pubs and affiliate networks
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit goals
  • Actively consult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote
  • Negotiate payout structures
  • Work closely with country directors and product team to identify top producing offers, improve them, follow-up on the needs of our partners and identify potential opportunities.
  • Manage communications between tech and creative teams to ensure all deliverables are met
  • Fraud management
  • Travelling to trade shows and international conferences for networking and prospecting
  • Become a training, information and advice resource for junior level staff

Experience requirements

  • 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing. Knowledge in the Mobile VAS industry is a must
  • Strong negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent experience in managing tracking platform like Affise, Hasoffers, CAKE, Voluum or Thrive
  • Smart, energetic, detail-oriented, and analytic
  • Professional communication skills, talent for bargaining and ability to build long term relationships with affiliates
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
